Culinary Students Receive Their Chef Hats and Jackets
Our student chefs are now working in professional uniforms! Mrs. Linda Draggon’s advanced food and nutrition students were issued their official chef’s hats and jackets for use in class. The class is part of the Academy’s new culinary arts program that is affiliated with Chef John Folse’s Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University. Students in the program learn a variety of skills which will prepare them for jobs in the restaurant business.
