These three members of the Class of 2010 were honored with special awards at the Baccalaureate Mass on May 18. Erin Collongues was awarded the Academy’s Unheralded Senior Award, a citation made by a vote of the faculty  to recognize a senior who works hard in a quiet way for the school and who does not seek recognition or call attention to herself; Dawn Watson was awarded the Rotary Club Award, a citation presented to a senior who demonstrates qualities of leadership and service; and Courtney Gauthreaux, who was awarded the Woodman of the World American History Award, a citation given to a student who demonstrates qualities of character, leadership, service, and academic achievement and who is the most proficient in the study of American history.
